Wallery comes with a couple of different subscription plans, aimed to suit users of various profiles and needs. If you’re wondering which plan is the best plan for you, this article aims to help you find that out!
With Wallery, you can choose between three plans and a custom solution.
Enterprise
This is more than a plan – this is a well-rounded service, aimed to suit your specific needs.
If you have a big idea but don’t know how to make it happen, we got you. Our team of in-house designers and developers love a good challenge and we are more than experienced enough to make your ideas come to life. Our Enterprise users don’t have to worry about designing or setting up their own social media walls. The Wallery team takes care of design, setup, moderation and just about everything else.

Premium
Our Premium plan is miles ahead of similar solutions available on the market – and we are very proud of that.
Have up to 20 active hubs, moderated by any number of users
As a Premium user, at any time you can have up to 20 active hubs running. That’s 20 active social media walls or hubs! These hubs can be created and edited by any number of users. In other words, you can invite multiple users to collaborate with you on creating and managing social media walls and hubs.
Display Twitter and Instagram posts
With our Premium plan, you can display content from both Twitter and Instagram. We are currently working on adding more content sources, and plan to have this update live soon!
20 hashtags
Track and display up to 20 hashtags. You can display all 20 of them on a single wall, or create a wall for each!
Advanced moderation
Advanced moderation gives you more control over your hubs and walls. Assign a moderator to each of your hubs and you can rest assured no ill content will be displayed on your walls. Make use of our whitelists, blacklists, and profanity filters to make moderation as easy as can be!
Advanced layouts
As a Premium user, you get to choose between two Simple and four Advanced layouts. Choose between:
- Simple Twitter wall
- Simple tiles
- One Column
- Tiles
- Two columns
- Single item
Simple Twitter wall and Simple tiles layouts are also available to free users. Each of our layouts is designed to look amazing and each of them has its own strong suits.
Real time refresh time
Perhaps the most important feature of them all. It is definitely an often requested one! With a Premium Wallery account, you will enjoy instant update times across all of your walls and hubs.
This means that all of the content with your specified hashtag will be pushed to your moderating panel or displayed on your wall without any wait time. Your event visitors and website guests will love seeing their tweets and Instagram posts displayed on your walls in real-time.

Basic
Our Basic plan is very similar to the Premium one but comes with a couple of minor differences. Depending on what you are searching for, this might be a plan for you.
Have up to 5 hubs

5 hashtags

Up to 10 minutes refresh time
With a Basic plan you might, at times, experience some waiting time between the moment content is posted on Twitter and Instagram and the moment it appears in your moderation panel and on your wall. This waiting time will never be longer than 10 minutes, and in most cases, it will be less than that.
e-mail support
The Wallery support team is available to all Basic users via e-mail. They will be quick to help you out with any issues you might experience and will be happy to answer any questions you might have about our product.
Free
Our Free plan is a good way for any new Wallery user to dip their toes in. It is also a lovely and reliable solution if you are organizing an event for a non-profit, your school or a smaller gathering.
1 active hub
Free users can have one active hub at a time. There is also no way for Free users to invite team members to collaborate in hub creation or moderation.
Display Twitter posts
As a Free user, you can only collect and display Twitter content. If you’d like to collect Instagram content, we encourage you to upgrade to a Basic or Premium account!
No moderation
Our Free users do not have access to Wallery Moderation. This means that all content with a specified hashtag will be automatically displayed on your free wall. If you’d like access to Wallery Moderation, we encourage you to upgrade your account to Basic or Premium!
Limited layouts personalization
Our Free users can use one of the two Simple Wallery layouts. These are:
- Simple Twitter wall
- Simple tiles
As for personalization, Free users can choose between 24 premade color styles, as well as 15 pattern and 17 image styles. Our Basic and Premium users enjoy even more customization options, so if you feel like you need more room to flex your design muscles, consider upgrading your account.
Up to 30 minutes refresh time
With a Free plan, you will experience some wait time between the moment content is posted on Twitter and Instagram and the moment it appears on your wall. This waiting time will never be longer than 30 minutes, and in most cases, it will be less than that.

We don’t offer customer support to Free users, but if you experience any issues, try reaching out to us via Twitter. We will do our best to help out as quickly as we can!
